What You'll Do

Behind the Chair

• Deliver exceptional cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
• Build long-term relationships with guests through outstanding communication and service.
• Conduct thorough consultations before every service to ensure clear expectations and customized results.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, technical excellence, and guest care.
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Leadership & Team Development

• Serve as a mentor and resource for our team of stylists.
• Help guide and support newer team members in developing their technical skills and confidence.
• Assist in planning and implementing ongoing education and training opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented salon culture.
• Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, guest experience, and teamwork.
• Help maintain consistency in service standards and salon protocols.
• Support salon leadership in developing talent and creating clear pathways for stylist growth.
