Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Stylist-in- Training for a temporary 90-day program to develop client service skills and cosmetology knowledge in a busy salon environment.

You will learn business growth by observing senior stylists, greet customers, and maintain salon standards while preparing for state licensure. Travel to required meetings may be involved, with the potential for promotion once licensure is obtained.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license(s) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of how to grow the business by observing other stylists and managers.
• Greet customers and answer the phone; your smile is your logo.
• Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards.
• Travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel when required.
