Join our team as a Stylist-In-Training and gain valuable experience in a dynamic salon environment. This position is ideal for individuals currently in cosmetology school or those who are about to graduate and are seeking to develop their skills and career in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Market and grow the business
• Observe and learn from experienced stylists and managers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Promote and sell salon services and retail products
• Assist with daily salon operations such as answering phones, stocking, and cleaning
• Complete all other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license(s) within 120 days of hire
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency including POS systems
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
