Stylist-in-Training Role: This is a temporary position for unlicensed future stylists to learn the business, deliver excellent customer service, and develop skills. Responsibilities include:

• Market and grow the business
• Observe and learn from experienced stylists and managers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Promote and sell services and retail products
• Answer phones, stock shelves, and clean work areas
• Complete other duties as assigned

Promotion to stylist requires:

• Valid license in the applicable state
• Ability to perform licensed services
• Alignment with Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain necessary licenses within 120 days of hire
