Qualifications
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team.
- Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language).
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
- Listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions.
- Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge across categories; guide purchases.
- Maintain stockroom organization and process POS transactions.
