• Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - confidence on a sales floor.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and change tasks when needed.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers in-store and through store phone line to assess style needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Create an engaging shopping environment and ask open-ended questions to understand unique needs.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and 12th Tribe collections to assist customers effectively.
• Assist with fittings, style outfits, and keep fitting rooms tidy and organized.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales goals.
• Support visual merchandising and keep store displays up to date.
• Be willing to appear in videos or social media content for the store.
• Open and close the store per company standards and coordinate with Customer Service via Slack.
