Job Overview
The Stylist is responsible for shaping how products, artists, and brands are represented through content at Fame House, a division of Universal Music Group. The role focuses on styling solutions across photography, video, e-commerce, campaigns, and branded content, ensuring alignment with creative objectives and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute styling solutions across photography, video, e-commerce, campaign, and branded content productions.
- Support product, talent, props, and visual elements to meet creative objectives and brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams from concept development and pre‑production through on‑set execution and final asset delivery.
- Manage styling continuity across multiple assets, channels, and deliverables.
- Prepare shoot decks, reference materials, mood boards, and styling recommendations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, stylists, wardrobe providers, and production partners when required.
- Manage styling inventory, organization, and asset tracking to maintain the highest standard.
- Identify opportunities to elevate visual quality and improve content effectiveness.
- Stay informed on fashion, music, cultural, and visual trends that influence artist and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in styling, fashion, content production, e-commerce, editorial, entertainment, or creative agency environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating styling work across photography, video, e-commerce, or campaign content.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, styling principles, and brand expression.
- Experience working with products, talent, artists, and creative teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Proficient knowledge of current fashion, music, cultural, and consumer trends.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication across creative and production teams.
- Passion for music, culture, fashion, and content creation.
