Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a styling coordinator at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio, to support the Styling Team with sample organization, prep, and on‑set execution for photoshoots and e‑commerce sessions.

You will partner across creative, marketing, and product teams, manage closets and samples, and help ensure timely completion of weekly prios while maintaining brand standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Marketing or related experience.
• 0-2+ years styling in a fast-paced cross-functional team.
• Experience in iconic branded environment for a global brand.
• Strong men’s and women’s outfitting and on-set skills across multiple body types.
• Experience leading and collaborating within a creative marketing team in studio and on-location shoots.
• Excellent on-set styling acumen for location, studio, and e-commerce shoots.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and passionate about styling and branding for e-commerce.
• Must have strong communication: team-oriented, proactive and business-savvy.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sample Coordinator on items prio’d for the 6 week timeframe.
• Organize key items by web set date within the styling closet.
• Steam and prep outfitting racks for Styling Team.
• Pull reports to audit progress and create a prio snapshot showing numbers and goals.
• Gather items for social requests prior to weekly social shoots.
• Partner with the Flat Styling Team to ensure samples are back in the styling closet by end of business day.
• Maintain the stylist closet including pulling markdown items, auditing kits and supplies, reticketing items with no tags, and caring for models’ undergarments and accessories.
