Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in retail design or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp or similar.
• Knowledgeable of general domestic & international code restrictions.
• General understanding of constructability and retail design principles, visual merchandising, and customer behavior.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Manages planning and implementation of Global Real Estate projects through store design for new stores, remodels, and closures.
• Designs effective store layouts to optimize space and translates prototypes to site conditions.
• Coordinates end-to-end project workflow with feasibility, planning, and implementation.
• Project manages design budget and oversees architects, engineers, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Prepares detailed design documentation, floor plans, elevations, renderings, shop drawings, and landlord docs as needed.
