Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior E-Commerce Producer to lead in-house ecommerce photo shoots, editorial still life, and seasonal projects from development to delivery.

You will partner with photographers, stylists, and art directors to schedule shoots, manage sample availability, and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications

• 5+ years photo studio or production background in a retail studio environment.
• Experience with ecommerce production is strongly preferred.
• BA/BS degree or related experience.
• Very strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Sharp budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs.
• Familiar with Apple OS and Adobe Creative Suite and JIRA software.

Responsibilities

• Lead production for Hollister elevated on-figure and editorial shoots.
• Manage weekly on-figure studio shooting schedule based on samples and requests.
• Coordinate and manage weekly freelance needs for the studios.
• Provide on-set production support for all in-house shoots.
• Lead casting for Hollister model talent and assist casting as needed.
• Own and maintain casting process, including database and meetings.
• Negotiate rate and usage for external talent and crew; manage releases.
• Arrange air travel, hotel, ground transport, per diem for talent and artists.
• Run sample maintenance reports and share results weekly.
• Source freelance talent and build vendor relationships.
• Process and track vendor invoices and expenses; assist budget maintenance.
• Inventory and dispatch studio equipment for maintenance.
• Collaborate with studio leads and third-party production teams.
• Improve studio processes; uphold high studio standards.
