Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Samples Lead to own the samples/ product closet and oversee the end-to-end tracking system for Studio Stylists and the Marketing Creative styling team. You will manage budget decisions, vendor relationships, and cross-functional planning across Web Production, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Merchandising.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in samples or product coordination, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Adobe Bridge and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a sample/product closet with vendor management or budget responsibility.
• Experience designing workflows and processes, not merely following existing ones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills; experience building or managing tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary samples/product partner to Studio Stylists for shoots and fittings.
• Own end-to-end product tracking system and enforce SLAs across departments.
• Forecast product needs across multiple seasons and advise on risks.
• Represent the product function in go-to-market planning meetings.
• Own the product budget and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Manage handover from Product Development to Creative Services.
• Coordinate with Technical Design and Merchandising for borrowing items.
• Facilitate product handoff between internal departments via checkout/in system.
• Prepare product for meetings and shoots and oversee freelance support.
• Own weekly product reporting to Creative and Marketing leadership.
