KnitWell Group in New York is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You will keep the store visually appealing, organize merchandise, collaborate with teammates to deliver memorable customer experiences, and use available tools to support omnichannel shopping while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities
