Job summary

Talbots inside KnitWell Group’s store in Manhasset, NY is seeking a retail associate who can provide exceptional customer service, showcase fashion knowledge, and create personalized outfit recommendations. The role emphasizes teamwork, brand relationship building, and strong product knowledge to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Flexible hours with evenings and weekends, part-time availability, and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

Retail sales experience and fashion knowledge are expected.
Excellent verbal communication and high integrity are required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Comfort with standing for extended periods and climbing ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and build brand relationships.
Assist management to grow store business.
Leverage Concierge and other service enhancers to strengthen client relationships.
Multi-task and handle projects simultaneously.
Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
Create outfits and suggest items to meet customer needs.
Aim for sales and service metrics including clientelling and appointments.
Complete operational tasks such as replenishment and order filling.
