Job summary

KnitWell Group's Talbots store in Plymouth, MA is seeking a part-time sales associate. Provide exceptional customer service, styling advice, and outfit creation while staying current on fashion trends and helping the management team build the store's business.

Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be comfortable standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to help grow store business.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including Concierge.
• Serve multiple customers at a time, multi-task and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and information about new arrivals.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest matching items.
• Maximize performance through training and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas.
