Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backrooms.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad through priority fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest service needs.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to inspire shoppers.
• Assist with price-change activities and signing execution.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and help guests; support fulfillment needs.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with policies and training.
