Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Lowell, MA. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing, well-stocked store floor. You will assist guests in fitting rooms, manage inventory, and support operations across the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on a full floor by executing fills and merchandising.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and keep fitting rooms welcoming for guests.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with laws.
