Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Massachusetts to provide exceptional guest service and maintain a visually compelling sales floor. You will learn and apply merchandising standards, price accuracy, and product knowledge to assist guests in finding the right outfits and sizes.

You will greet guests, help in fitting rooms, restock merchandise, and support store operations with a friendly, energetic approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Ensure product availability and floor coverage with priority fills and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and provide guest service in a compliant manner.
