Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Bloomington to help guests discover the value of everyday life through engaging service and compelling store presentation.

You will support guest needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, maintain product availability, and execute visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, greeting guests and solving their needs with a welcoming attitude.
• Ensure backroom organization and assist with replenishment and fulfillment as needed.
