Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in our store in Missouri. You will engage guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, helping them discover products while delivering a fast-paced, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include keeping the floor stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing, with a focus on service, safety, and efficiency. Training will be provided to develop skills for a career in retail.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room to meet shopping needs.
• Set, fill, and price the floor with the right products, sizes, styles, and colors.
• Support strong guest service fundamentals to uphold a guest-first culture.
• Contribute to basic visual merchandising and inventory checks as needed.
