Job summary

Target Overland Park is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, uphold visual merchandising standards, and maintain an inviting, well-stocked sales floor. You will help guests find items, assist with fitting rooms, and support store operations with a friendly, proactive approach.

The role offers training and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible hours and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, replenishment, and guest requests.
