Job summary

Target in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Style Team Leader to guide guest experience on the sales floor and mentor a team of hourly consultants in Apparel & Accessories. You will lead by example, ensure compelling visual presentation, and coach colleagues to meet performance goals with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll manage daily workflows, collaborate with leadership, and uphold safety standards while delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred; not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a friendly environment.
• Train and coach team members to meet standards and sales goals.
• Lead daily/weekly workload planning in support of priorities.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotions on sales floor.
• Guide Apparel & Accessories team to meet brand expectations.
• Uphold safety and security practices and incident response.
• Ensure smooth operations during shifts with leadership coverage.
