Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with tailored styling recommendations and product knowledge.
• Develop personal business through wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital clienteling tools.
• Support team sales goals and meet individual KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to strengthen customer centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives.
