Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience selling using digital tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance and meet KPIs to support store goals.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and present product effectively.
• Participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
