Qualifications

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience using digital tools for selling and client outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to store sales goals through outreach and clienteling.
• Capture meaningful customer data in CRM tools to support business initiatives.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, training, and hiring efforts.
• Adapt service and product presentation for in-person and remote customers.
