Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience helping guests on the sales floor.
• Retail business fundamentals including stock levels, pricing and promotions.
• Industry trends in fashion and brand differentiation.
• Ability to set and price the floor to assist guest shopping.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Assist guests and use store tools to understand sales and inventory.
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the salesfloor as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and proper pricing/signage.
• Keep fitting rooms welcoming and help guests find items.
