Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help customers, keep the floor fully stocked, and maintain accurate pricing and signs to drive sales.

This role requires a customer-first attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced store, and flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will cover products, store tools, and guest services to support success.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to greet guests, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Comfort with using store tools, scanners, and basic tech devices.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift items as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining presentation and signage.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight and stock shelves to ensure availability and correct pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising to support guest experience.
• Support fitting rooms and cashier functions as needed.
• Help with backroom organization and replenishment throughout the day.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.
