• Provides a frictionless customer experience by using technology to transact, find sizes/colors, and place orders for items not in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers and supports store initiatives.
• Participates in sharing product knowledge, trends, and styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Contributes to positive team morale and provides feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understands contribution to service and selling on every shift and helps maintain stock levels.
• Supports shipment processes and omni-order fulfillment while upholding visual/operational standards.
