Job summary

H&M in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Sales Advisor who delivers outstanding customer service, welcomes shoppers, and guides them through the store to discover products. You’ll use your fashion knowledge to share relevant information and enhance the in-store experience while maintaining a clean, well-presented sales floor.

You’ll promote our products, including the Hello Member loyalty app, participate in visual and commercial execution, and work closely with the team to reach sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion or retail.
• Able to drive sales and promote the customer loyalty app.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and discussing fashion trends.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products, including the Hello Member loyalty app.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and clean store areas.
• Assist with opening/closing and stock replenishment.
