Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
• Maintain merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
• Participate in visual directives, monthly store sets, and zone maintenance.
• Provide MAPS-based service and cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure a fast and accurate register experience and policy knowledge.
• Encourage add-on sales and gift card purchases.
