Job summary

H&M in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer experiences, guide fashion conversations and actively sell our products. You will keep the store well-presented, support garment care and assist with stock replenishment while working closely with the team.

You will promote the Hello Member loyalty app, participate in store initiatives and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment focused on customer needs and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Have sales experience in fashion, retail or service industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and leveraging the OMNI experience where available.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products, advise on fashion trends and stories.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Support opening/closing duties and stock replenishment per guidelines.
• Actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
