Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in New York to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, guide shopping experiences, and actively sell products. You’ll support garment care, presentation, and a tidy store environment.

You’ll engage customers with the OMNI experience where available, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets while upholding store standards and H&M values.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or service industries.
• Sales experience in dynamic environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store using OMNI experiences where available.
• Engage with customers to promote products and drive sales.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support store management to reach sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Assist with garment care, presentation, and stock replenishment.
