Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Norfolk to create a guest-friendly store environment, support visual merchandising, and deliver exceptional service on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

You’ll help guests find the right products, maintain pricing and signage, and collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals while ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Work both independently and with a team to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of maintaining focus and composure while meeting store goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with proper visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales, inventory, and promotions to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items as needed.
• Set up and maintain visual merchandising guides and displays.
• Maintain backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to inspire guests.
