Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our store team in Lexington, VA. You will help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, maintain floor readiness, and support visual merchandising standards to inspire purchases.

You’ll develop guest service skills, learn inventory basics, price signage, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a focus on safety, ethics, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 15 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support stock movement and backroom organization to meet business needs.
