Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.

• Resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and replenish backroom to meet business needs.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising to support guest experience and sales.
• Keep the floor stocked and merchandising to capacity for a guest-ready environment.
• Support guest services and backroom organization and replenishment.
