Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

• Resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to assist guests.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by completing priority and merchandising fills.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms and salesfloor.
• Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate ethical conduct at all times.
