Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in San Antonio to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, keeping the floor stocked and displays vibrant. You will price signs, maintain product availability, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will drive sales, assist guests with product knowledge, and operate store tools while maintaining backroom organization and merchandising standards. A flexible schedule is required to meet busy retail periods.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and follow visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and up-to-date signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with product knowledge.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory, and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and keep the floor replenished and properly priced.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price changes and signing, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.
• Greet guests and provide helpful, welcoming service throughout the shift.
