Job summary

Target in New York is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist with selections, and keep the floor inviting with proper pricing and signage. You will help guests discover products and support team members in delivering a high-energy, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first mindset.
• Experience with retail operations and merchandising.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends.
• Experience with handheld scanners or store tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Move freight to the salesfloor and locate merchandise as needed.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests throughout shopping.
• Support checkout and guest services as needed, including back-up cashier duties.
• Adhere to safety, policies and compliance in all tasks.
