Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover style and keep the sales floor inviting and organized. You will manage floor presentation, assist guests in fitting rooms, and support inventory flow with strong customer service.

You will greet guests, maintain product displays, and collaborate with team members to meet guest needs while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms to meet their needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as required.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
