Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through exceptional service and engaging in-store experiences. You will contribute to operations, visual merchandising, and a welcoming environment that invites quick self-discovery and easy shopping.

A Style Consultant is focused on keeping the floor inviting, accurately priced, and well stocked, while greeting guests and assisting with fitting rooms and checkout as needed.

Qualificações

• You enjoy interacting and helping guests and team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active role requiring teamwork and problem solving.
• You are open to flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to monitor sales and inventory ownership.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor and locate items in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a fully stocked floor through priority fills.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up.
• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with guest needs.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and ethical conduct at all times.
