Target is hiring a Style Consultant in Baton Rouge, LA. You will welcome guests, support a guest-first culture, and keep the sales floor visually appealing with accurate pricing and signage.

Expect varied shifts and an active, physical workday with teamwork and fast-paced problem solving. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, stocking, and assisting guests in fitting rooms and on the floor.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and knowing assortment and promotions.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor readiness through priority fills and merchandising.
