Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Austin, TX to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help guests find the right products, participate in merchandising, and ensure the floor is inviting and accurately priced.

Expect a fast-paced, physically demanding role with opportunities to learn fashion trends and customer service skills. Training is provided to empower success and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing replenishment and merchandising.
