This role requires staying engaged with customers, maintaining floor standards, handling stock, and collaborating with team members to deliver an inviting shopping environment while meeting daily store goals.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team collaboration and flexible scheduling.
• Experience handling multiple devices (scanners, POS, etc.).
• Problem-solving while assisting guests and maintaining floor readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor with visual standards and up-to-date signage.
• Use store tools to analyze sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push stock to the floor, and organize backstock.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Keep product availability high through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise as items sell through to maintain inspiring displays.
• Assist with price changes and signage during promotions.
