Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our store team. You will help guests, present merchandise, and keep the floor inviting and stocked. Your role focuses on guest service, quick problem solving, and maintaining visual standards while working with the team on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and assistance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with standing, lifting merchandise, and use of store tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor with proper signage and pricing.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Restock and organize stock and backroom to support replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising to reflect current brand standards.
• Support other duties during peak times and ensure safety policies.
