Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to support store operations and drive sales.
• Utilize Concierge and other service enhancers to strengthen client relationships.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects concurrently.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion).
• Create outfits and suggest items to meet customer needs.
• Support learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Aim to meet sales and service targets (clientelling, outreach, appointments, awards).
• Complete operational tasks including order filling, replenishment and recovery.
