Job summary

The Talbots LLC in Hanover, NH is seeking a part-time sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and fashion guidance. You will help customers find outfits, share product knowledge, and stay ahead of trends to build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates are fashion-forward, energetic, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store environment, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A 15–20 hour work week is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including use of Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time and multi-task.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and knowledge about fit, color, and style.
• Create outfits for customers and suggest items to match their needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to feedback to improve performance.
• Aim to meet sales and service metrics such as clientelling, outreach, and appointments.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
