Job summary

H&M in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell our products. You will use fashion knowledge to explain trends and help customers find the best items.

Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy store, participating in onboarding and trainings, promoting the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, and working with the team to hit sales targets. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to guide customers and communicate fashion ideas clearly.
• Willingness to promote loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.
