Qualifications

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Comfortable operating a register and working on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock, and dressing rooms.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Support sales targets through outreach and leveraging CRM digital tools.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors on customer-centric behaviors.
• Capture customer data to support clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
• Participate in community outreach and team training.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
