Qualifications

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to elevate customer-centric behaviors and performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.
