This role involves coaching brand ambassadors, maintaining store standards, and utilizing digital tools to drive business growth. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register and remain on your feet, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and dressing rooms.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual and team sales performance through outreach, clienteling, and use of digital tools like the CRM.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and store standards.
• Support merchandising and maintain visual standards across the sales floor.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing activities.
• Capture meaningful customer data to enhance long-term client relationships.
