Varley is seeking a Style Advisor at our Marin Country Mart store to deliver personalized service, build client relationships, and support selling and operations. You will embody the Varley service ceremony on the shop floor and contribute to seasonal fashion storytelling.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or service roles, are flexible for weekends/evenings/holidays, proficient with POS and CRM, and excited to grow with a brand that values diversity, teamwork, and customer

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail or service-led role.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, and digital tools for clienteling.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor and build meaningful relationships.
• Drive sales and KPIs through personalised interactions and clienteling.
• Support store events, VIP appointments, and community initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational efficiency.
• Share insights from customer interactions to improve service delivery.
